Our first priority is providing quality therapy, which means our phones are off during sessions and we typically only check voicemail and email once per day.

We do check text messages between sessions - this is the best way to reach us during the day.

Email and correspondence may take a week or more depending on clinical demands. If you need a more timely response, we will never be offended if you email us a second time.
